This film highlights two of the dynamic women over 80, Lavada Campbell and Shirley Windward. Itıs uplifting to watch these compelling women embrace life with energy and enthusiasm, showing us the value of being thoroughly engaged in living despite challenges. Shirley and Lavada are inspiring role models for aging well.
